Submit your requirements — tech pack, target GSM, quantities, and delivery window. TEXIVOS confirms feasibility and lead time within 48 hours. No commitment required at this stage.
A development sample is produced and shipped for your review. Adjustments to fit, fabric, colour, or construction are made until you sign off. Sample lead time is typically 10–14 days.
Full production begins after sample approval and order confirmation. In-line quality checks run at every stage — cutting, sewing, finishing. You receive a weekly production update with progress and photos.
Final AQL inspection is completed before packing. A detailed QC report with photographs is shared before shipment. Defective units are isolated and replaced within the production run.
